so i am doing the mage faction quest line however i encountered a issue. every time i go to speak to the dean he is completely unresponsive and i have to go offline for awhile until he returns to his original state and responds.
he has no text above him while he is in this state ether. ive tried phoning him and all sorts of stuff but he still wont come back to normal.
also all other npcs in the area are bugged does anyone have a solution to this as i haven't encountered anyone else with...
