It's too many stuffs

So I just bought a server because I have a couple of friends that just started the game. I've always just kind of like playing and would jump around when I had time from server to server, sometimes a lot of times just regular old vanilla. The one server that I really liked wasn't modded, But it had plugins, I believe one was called super pickaxe, where you could mine super fast, it's kind of like the that drops the whole tree. I don't intend on. It's making it a public server or trying to get people to join or vote for it. And i'm not building all these areas for people to load into and try different stuff, no. I just want to have fun, build big, fight some stuff occasionally and see if my friends like playing on a server together enough to keep paying for it. We have a discord. I dont need stats or anything they find useful to moderate a sever. Not doing that. Just 3 or 10 maybe of us one day are playing and when I upgrade my home comouter I'll install FTB. So, plug-ins, fun, useful, hell even OP is cool. Whatchall got for suggestions
