So, its a relatively small thing and I'm not sure whether it is intentional, but whenever you claim Jacob's contest reward from the NPC Jacob, if you get no rank in the contest, i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond, the claimed Jacob Tickets automatically go to your sacks. But the problem is that when you claim a reward from a contest where you obtained one of the ranks mentioned above, the Jacob Tickets and all other item rewards go to your inventory.
