Jellyfish pet was always designed to be a healer pet, based on how the perks were made, but it never really saw use due to how negligible the stat buffs from it were. By adding new changes to it, the admins are hoping to revitalize it, but they completely failed. Instead of looking at the Jellyfish in comparison to other pets, the admins just put some stuff that they thought looked cool.
