So, there's now a jail in town.

You can vote for Scorpius's release by paying his bail of 5 trillion coins (his total debt).

When he is in jail, he will not be able to participate in the mayor election, thus removing Darker Auctions.
Instead, Darker Auction items will be put into regular Dark Auctions.
