Juju bow requiring advice

I just got a juju bow, rocking 3/4 sa with zombie knight blah blah blah... I've heard that Juju bow shoots faster with attack speed but im not sure. What I was wondering is how I should reforge my talismans. Because I dont get 100% crit chance either. Any tips on how to get crit chance for dungeons. (Apart from fierce)
