This pretty new, but I think there are a lot of forum posts on it, but basically a player will go in to lobbys and say
NerdScammer69: Paying someone 3m to craft me a juju shortbow! (need 22m collat) (have mats)
After this the person who's going to get scammed will /p them. They will trade them.
In the juju bow you need 2 expensive materials, 32 Null Ovoids, and 32 Enchanted Quartz Blocks. Each is worth around 11m.
In this scam, the scammer will put everything in, you'll pay the 22m collat...
