Juju glitch??

Hi, so recently I noticed when I’m in dungeons using my Juju Shortbow, I can left click it fine and do my normal dmg, but when I try to spam right click, it pulls the arrow back like a vanilla bow. It never used to do this, and I have been using today the same mods and version as I was previously when it worked. Please could someone tell me of this is a bug, or 1.19 update, or what?
