How many times have you seen a thread complaining that someone got banned for jokingly sending a threat.
Imagine someone's brother dies, and posts on their profile letting people know, and then you jokingly threaten to "take the rest of their family." If that happened, obviously the person saying that would get banned, and then when they get unbanned probably complain that "it was a joke." Even if it's a joke, it's still a threat, which is not okay.
