just make soul whip/flay multiplicative

just did a few tests without armor and in sighted power to properly see if flay is 3x to sea creatures
to just a zombie:

to a sea walker (i took off impaling too)

so the ability kinda does something but like
54k ≠ 3*37k (like 100k smth)

can we just make this multiplicative and properly do 3x damage to sea creatures
i want something besides hyperion for fishing please, it is literally unlocked at fishing 47 and costs half a kidney (hotspot water orb...
