keybind confusion

I am here to ask about keybind rules, I read the hypixel rules and some of the discussions on the forum, but I am still confused. I want to bind a letter key to my mouse (and only use it on my mouse) for placing blocks, since it gives me a higher cps for some reason. This to me seems like a minecraft feature, but I got banned from a different server for doing it. So, since I don't want a Hypixel ban, I am here to ask whether or not it is allowed.
