I'll be straight cuz I don't feel like writing a preface.
For dungeons, only award the floor completion if the player has reached class milestone 5 (or any other reasonable amount). This ensures that the player has contributed at least something to the run (although tanking damage is pretty cheesable), in no run one should get rewards without contributions.
For slayers, someone has proposed that you need to deal at least x% of damage to kill the boss. I'd say 33% is a fair amount, and this...
