Kit duel balance changes

Mega Walls
The duels meta is heavily overcentralized around Assassin, Snowman, Hunter and Phoenix. All four of these classes have something that makes them extremely overpowered. Note that my proposed changes only apply to duels and that these classes are fine (maybe bar Snowman) in Standard Mega Walls.
