kuudra revamp idea (high effort)

okay so we all know that kuudra as well as attributes system are getting revamped soon with the hunting skill update and here are a couple ideas i have on how to balance loot, as well as armor buffs
Kuudra Armor Sets:
from now on, you can only drop armor sets that are entitled to your faction (let me explain)
if you are in barbarian faction, you can only drop terror, crimson, and fervor armor
if you are in mage armor, you can only drop hollow, aurora, and fervor armor (yes fervor drops...
