L5 + Lvl 84 Mole does not work as it should

So I've done some testing and L5 + Lvl 84 Mole is not working as it should. In tests I've done I have gotten 2.66 times less drops than I should have (EV was 217 parts, and got 82), it seems as though it is not being affected by Magic find despite being the drop rate of parts only being 4.97%. L4 + Mole worked fine and so did L5 + Greg.
