Latest Post Not Displaying Correctly (See image)

I have the latest version of Xenforo newly installed and trying to figure out the customization.

I added the New Posts widget to the Forum List Sidebar and this is how it is displaying. How do I fix this?

Also, is there a way to show the Latest Post and Trending Post without the author and original day, but rather the date of the latest post and the author?
