Legendary elephant pet vs legendary mooshroom pet (effort, if you think about farming check this)

For late- game farming pets there are three main options:
Legendary elephant
Legendary Mooshroom cow
Legendary/epic rabbit
Which all have different purposes:
Elephant for fortune
Mooshroom for money
Rabbit for wisdom (farming xp)

Then why not use only mooshroom if it gives more money?
People use elephant because it gives more from the crop youre currently farming, while mooshroom gives extra mooshrooms for money.
This means elephant is better for collection/counter on hoes.
