It’s great. Amazing, even. I graduated in April, finished my exams in May, and now I have a LOT of time on my hands. So, what has transpired since I last seriously posted?

1. I actually started working out with good form. Yeah. No more 140kg Hack Squat, although I am repping out 125kg with MUCH better technique.
