Explaining my mistake
I just realized that I'm in my INSERT_LANGUAGE_HERE professor's mindset. A bit of a perfectionist, so to speak. He/she'd harass me if I'd shorten "Web Design and Web Development Services" down to "Web Design and Development Services" because that's not grammatically accurate (to give you a rough idea how I saw the name: Swap "Web Design" and "Development Services," it implies a different thing).
WTF are you planning to do after the inhumane reveal that you made a mistake
I change the line from "Web Design and Development Services" to "You can post it in off topic, because it's not related to any forum." as you're asking for a bot and not a plugin.
