Make Taurus ride hoglins on newer versions

Of course it would still be pigs when viewing on 1.8.9. Specifically I'm asking for them to ride hoglins when playing on latest, similar to beacon UIs rendering a blast furnace instead of a furnace on latest. To make the larger hitbox of the hoglin not an unfair advantage, set the minecraft:scale attribute of the hoglin to 0.642857142857142904723843912507, which will make it perfectly match the pig hitbox.
