Map restricting disasters

There are a few disasters that don't really do much do damage the player, and seem more annoying and tame than active threats. These currently are acid rain, and sinkhole imo (if you think otherwise the disaster probably doesn't match what i'm about to say)

I reckon the flow of the game should be a bit different, particularly adding the involvement of a disaster that restricts the map. The start of the game usually starts off way too chill and easy, as a secondary disaster isnt guaranteed...
