More NPC Items (especially for Ironmans)

On normal profiles, everything you do makes money but on ironman either you need farming (boring right?) or a good setup for mining gemstones. I thought of adding some NPC sell items for balancing (mostly event items to let ironmans make money from events). Don't worry, prices won't be high so it will be like 1/10-20 average price of bazaar to keep bazaar away from inflation. I suffered a lot and want to make new ironman players have more fun early grinding.
