I'm not a native english speaker so bear with my broken english and bad grammar. I'm a prestige 11 (almost 12) Player and those are my thoughts on the Update and my proposed Changes.
Perks
Endless Quiver and Spammer
Those changes seem fine since Endless Quiver was basically useless but combining 2 bad perks to one won't make anyone use it. I'd propose this change.
Sniper: Fully drawn shots with the bow deal 25% more damage and grant 3 Arrows on hit...
