My Wife plays Minecraft without a mouse!

So my wife recenlty got into minecraft but plays without a mouse. It started subtly at first but now she insist the keypad is better. I tried to deny it and tell myself it was just a phase, but she has endured. I am getting worried for her.

What should I do? Is this a dealbreaker??
