Necron Chestplate or Skeleton master chestplate

Skeleton master chestplate is a pretty good meta for not consuming arrows which saves a lot of time for refilling arrows, but the cost is that it have a horrible EHP and DPS, and a higher data requirements , so someone will still remain using necron chestplate for dungeons
So here is a question, will you choose necron chestplate or skeleton master chestplate? Assuming you are cata 36+ which meet the req using M7 skeleton master chestplate
