So, I need a very fast way to get Cata 20 on a new profile.

Background:

I made a co-op with some friends, and one of them sweated and got a bunch of nw. He had 285M of Gold Essence that wasn't selling, but he wasn't online, so I decided to re-list it.
Then
"Requires Catacombs Skill 20!"
So now I have 250k gold essence that I can't sell and my co-op member is flaming me.

Problem: I know him IRL from school.



Anyways, what gear should I use to be able to get Milestone 3 on up to F5 runs...
