need help leveling up combat

[Bi_t]

I just got an aotd but I'm not combat 18 yet and I'm not entirely sure what the best way of getting their is.

I do about 2800 damage in the overworld and about 5000 in the end to endermen.
I don't have anyone to do dungeons with and I probably couldn't grind for more than a few hours a day.
I'm using ender armor and an aote.
