Need help with mods

So I've been using badlion for a while now and want to switch to actual mods cause there's been a lot of bugs recently and more to come I'm sure.

I just have a couple questions starting with, can I keep badlion installed while using other mods through the mc launcher? I have some mods for 1.16 speedrunning installed do I have to move those out of the mod folder? And is this list of mods good?
