not gonna take long to explain it
basically rngs are reworked to be like shards of the shredded
still rare ish, but you need 5 for the item (5 is just a placeholder)
rng meter would still drop the "entire" item
PROS
- ACTUAL SENSE OF PROGRESSION
- more items being sold for more auction tax
- incentive to grind something, and not just quit halfway through
- more consistent estimates in how long grinding an item will take
- less likelyhood of some endgame player just buying out hypes and...
