need setup advice from the big rich intelligent sweats

a player said in a lobby that melee sucked so i made the smart executive decision to buy a 18 million dollar weapon

problem is that my fire veil wand does not kill all the 1m 2m crimson isle mobs in one shot like the other sweats that have it instead it takes a good few seconds

what am i doing wrong pls and thjank u

also does my armor suck i lose like a million hp per hit (also dk what to upgrade it to)
