Need Some Help

I need some help regarding a bug/something.
I just got combat 16 and want to use the young dragon armor, I reforged the armor to light armor (my friend suggested it was good)
and after that when I tried to equip it I could equip everything but the helmet for some reason. Here is a ss for context
