Next Steps? A plea for help.

So I had gotten advice previously on how to progress in Skyblock, and as of right now I'm getting my accessories (goal of 45), I have around 55m in purse right now, slayers are 6-5-4-2, minion slots at 20 and I'm making decent money through BZ flipping.

However, what has me stuck are my skills. I'm not sure what and how to approach them, and right now I have a measly 15.2 skill average. What skills are the most important and what's the most efficient way of getting it?
