multi-million dollar company failed to hire enough people for the support team, taking over a day to reply to my ticket.
and they replied with
just test the ****ing command before telling me what to do as a result i have to send another email, waiting for them to reply.

stop paying devs to make watchdog and just hire more helpful people for the support team.
