Night Vision Charm is ineffective since the update rolled out

Okay, I won't waste time ranting about the update changes (EXCEPT THEY STILL DECIDED TO LOCK QUICK FORGE BEHIND FRICKING PICKOBULUS, GRAAAAAAH).

I've been noticing another problem which nobody is complaining about: the Night Vision Charm is ineffective for some reason. I DO have it in my accessory bag, but the Night Vision effect is just not applied anymore and nothing can fix this. Why is it so?
