recall potion sucks and i hate it because it was so cool.

there should be and npc or questline which uses a recall potion to restore lost memories

recall potions should not be consumables but rather have a charge which come back over time.(You will start a dungeon instance with 1 charge but it will not carry over outside of dungeons)

using an enchanted clock and 7 recall potions should craft a new epic talisman called the Repeat Ring or something and it would grant a 5% increased chance...
