NoCheatPlus issues.

I've been playing SkyWars for a few weeks and have noticed that NoCheatPlus triggers false positives quite often.

Issue number 1:
1.9+ players cannot block without issues. When a client on 1.9+ starts and stops "blocking" a few times in a row, they will eventually trigger NoCheatPlus consistently, regardless of ping. when you "block" on version 1.9+ the damage reduction just doesn't apply for some reason. basically making this feature a 1.8 exclusive.
