Non ironman alternative profiles

You have normal, and ironman. Sure, there are variations. But they are all ironman type. No trading, no nothing.

This is annoying.

So I propose different types of normal mode profiles, each with different focuses. Perhaps one that sets you up for dungeons, but locks you out of the rest of the game. Maybe one that just doesn’t have a private island, but you get buffed echest/storage.
