Normal items still being duneonizable

As stated in the design threads, the admins no longer want non-dungeon items dungeonizable. But, not only did the community react very forcefully to this, but if you look at the wording, it says to make non-dungeon items no LONGER dungeonizable, which I think means that they will just remove the feature to dungeonize, because to remove the stars from half the armour and weapons in the game would be infinitely difficult.
So, they’ll most likely just remove the dungeonizing feature from Malik...
