not getting opal after leveling up

I leveled up for the first time after the update, didnt notice that the game which i was in was a levelup game and i left, i didnt get the levelup message which is probably the cause i didnt get an opal! After second levelup up, i saw the message and got the opal. BUT Hypixel STILL owns me an opal and some xp,coins. Hopefully we get our stuff, but i understand that now other things may be more important than an opal.
