npc selling useless items

can we give all items in the game (including enchanted books like feather falling and infinite quiver, ect) a base npc sell price of like 1 or 0.1 or even 0 coins? and then admins can tweak it for items that should actually have a high sell amount like farming drops, ect.

my inventory gets filled with dumb stuff like sinful dice and infinite quiver and feather falling, I should be able to sell them to npc.
you could even add like a rubbish bin that acts the same as the booster cookie sell...
