Null Movement Scripts Bannable?

I saw an Optimum tech video where he talks about null movement scripts in the latter half of the video are these bannable on hypixel? I can see how they would be useful in a game mode like ranked bedwars or just normal bedwars for counter strafing but didn't see anything on if they are bannable or not
