Oasis Spirit Bug

I just wanted to check if anyone else has ran into this bug/problem.

This bug is about the slumber hotel. I finished all the quests i needed to get John Indigos hammer and after finishing the quest I went to the guy at the front who upgraded my wallet cap to 5k. I went to look for new quests but there were none there I was also told to redo the quest where i have to push 250 players into the void in room 3 to access room 4 even though i already completed that quest as it was required for...
