So, I was trying to record earlier and I opened OBS. It took a few minutes to load up, and when it did, I switched back to Minecraft, I got 0-1 FPS.

I have been able to record at around 30-60 fps on my YouTube channel, but then I accidentally reset my video settings and now it's impossible to record. I turned all my video settings to either low or off and I'm using OptiFine. Is there something wrong with my computer or OBS? Any help would be appreciated.
