OFA reaper axe swap vs non-ofa valk axe swap

I am mage atm and i wanna run axe bers for mm while keeping my mage set. Should I be using a ofa reaper scythe with axe swap or a ult wise valk for axe swap(also withered or fabled valk and withered or fabled axe).
