so in dungeons i play as tank and i got a ofa sf but the problem is that i dont get 100% cc. I need help on getting max cc on it without having to reforge my tank gear and talismans. Its currently on fabled and was wondering if i should put it on sharp or sussy for crit chance.

(when i was last on i decided to put on my taran helm and zk cp for damage in dungeons. i normally use my reaper mask and goldor cp)
