Offer removed game modes in Private Games

Sky Clash was removed due to extremely long queue times, idk why money walls were removed, but probably the same - and even if there is another reason, I cannot think of any, that would somehow have a detriment on people who do private games.

People who have access to private games (mvp++ and higher) do provide continuous support and as such can somewhat fund the server cost that would adding those games have as a toll.

I think it'd be pretty cool
