Offset the Hidden Elections to hide more Elections

Checking on the polls today, I find a hidden election. But, it's got Derpy in it.

Despite how mid Derpy is in most respects, he *will* win because he's a special mayor and that funny pink text even got Dante into office, Skyblock Players simply can't say no to a "Special Candidate"

Plus, those arrogant special mayors don't even accept ministers.

For the sake of having *all* hidden elections be actually hidden the cycle needs to shift by a week. Because as it stands, every Special Mayor...
