Okay so I finally figured out why it's called "Yoshi's Island" (I think)

Yoshi is obvious, or at least I would think.
Yoshi from Mario is trans, and Yoshi's Island works better than just "Island", so they added yoshi
"Island" is probably referring to Vanuatu given they bring it up in the song
So Yoshi's Island is referring to how it's easier to get HRT pills like S and E from Vanuatu, thus the name
