[Paper] The color of /team not showing in chat

Long story short, I am running a small smp with 20ish active players devided in a couple of teams with vanilla /team commands.

I know there is a fix for this somewhere in paper config, I have done it couple of years ago but I don't remember and can't find anything online.

Simply said I want a team color to be represented in chat.
