payment_received_receipt_user_upgrade wrong amount when price is changed

when changing recurring user upgrade amount .. users are still charged the old subscription amount ( which is good ) .. but the payment receipt email payment_received_receipt_user_upgrade will show the current subscription price instead of showing the amount paid by user which causes a lot of confusion and misunderstand .. this needs to be updated to show the amount paid.
